Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. All orders ship from within the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my order or address?
Email us at support@stillpets.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change it.
Returns & guarantee
What is your guarantee?
You can return unopened bottles within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. See Our guarantee for how it works.
Can I return an opened bottle?
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened bottles, unless the product arrived damaged or is faulty. In that case we always replace or refund it.
How do I return something?
Email us at support@stillpets.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions.
Using the product
How do I give it to my dog?
Once a day, with the pipette, on your dog's food. Small dogs: 1 ml, medium dogs: 2 ml, large dogs: 3 ml. For the first 2 weeks, start every dog on 1 ml a day. Always follow the directions on the label.
How long does one bottle last?
One 60 ml bottle lasts about 60 days for a small dog, 30 days for a medium dog and 20 days for a large dog.
Does it smell of fish?
No. Our Premium Liquid Collagen is odourless and contains no added flavourings.
Is it a medicine?
No. It is complementary feed for dogs, not a medicine, and no substitute for veterinary advice. If your dog is unwell, pregnant or on medication, please ask your vet before use.
