These terms apply to every order you place on stillpets.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
stillpets.com is run by StillPets, 167–169 Great Portland Street, West End, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@stillpets.com.
2. Our products
Our products are complementary feed for dogs. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are no substitute for a complete, balanced diet or for veterinary advice. If your dog is unwell, pregnant, on medication or has a medical condition, please speak to your vet before use. Always follow the directions on the label and keep products out of reach of children.
We do our best to show our products accurately. Small differences in packaging or colour on your screen may occur.
3. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping is free. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
6. Returns, refunds and our guarantee
You can return unopened bottles within 60 days of delivery for a refund. You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Faulty or damaged products are always replaced or refunded. Full details are in our Refund & return policy.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for results that depend on how the product is used. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Reviews and content you share
If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm that it is your own, honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it on our website and social media. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
9. Website use and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to StillPets or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please email us first at support@stillpets.com and we will do our best to solve it. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
