Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All orders are shipped from within the UK.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after you place your order. During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, it can occasionally take a little longer.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. You can also check the status of your order on our Track your order page.
Wrong address or changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@stillpets.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to change it.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
Has your order not arrived within 5 working days, or did it arrive damaged? Email us at support@stillpets.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We will look into it with the courier and, where needed, send a replacement or refund you.
