How it works
- Changed your mind? You have 60 days from the day your order arrives.
- Email us at support@stillpets.com with your order number.
- We send you the return address. Send the unopened bottle(s) back to us.
- Get your money back. Once your return arrives, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Good to know
- The guarantee applies to unopened bottles with the seal intact. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened bottles.
- Did your product arrive damaged or faulty? Then we always replace or refund it, opened or not.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We cover it if something was wrong with your order.
